Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 stick butter
20 slices of bread (your choice)
12 ounces sharp cheddar cheese (grated) plus additional for garnish
6 eggs
3 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup of Bacos, bacon bits, plus some additional for garnish

Instructions:
Melt butter in small sauce pan or microwave. Brush slices of bread - both sides with butter and trim crusts of bread. Brush remaining butter in bottom of pan, if any. Cut bread into 1 inch cubes. Toss bread cubes and cheddar cheese in 9" x 13" pyrex baking dish.

Beat eggs and add milk, salt, pepper, dry mustard and Bacos. Pour over cheese and bread mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

Bake 1 hour or so at 350°F. Sprinkle shredded cheese and Bacos on top for garnish.
