Ingredients:
Peel and cut the fruit and place in a food processor. Add the following:

3 Tbsp sugar
3 Tbsp half and half
3 Tbsp strawberry liquor

Instructions:
This recipe is for the equivalent of one cantaloupe, one fresh pineapple, or a quart of strawberries. You can also mix fruits- cantaloupe and mango is especially delicious.

Whiz until the mixture is a smooth liquid. Place in a container and freeze until hard. "Scratch" up with a fork so you don't get any lumps and serve by either loosely spooning the mixutre into a serving dish or forming more solid balls with an ice cream scoop. Garnish with fresh fruit such as kiwi or berries.
