Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
10 eggs
½ cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup butter, melted
½ cup milk or half & half
l pint (16 ounces) small curd cottage cheese
l pound Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 cans (4 ounces each) diced mild green chilies
Dash of black or cayenne pepper

Instructions:
Beat eggs. Add milk, flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cottage cheese and melted butter. Stir in shredded Jack cheese and chilies.

Pour into a well buttered 9 x 13" baking dish, or 10 individual soufflé dishes. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, or until top is browned and center appears firm.
