Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
8 tablespoons melted butter
3 cups milk
3 cups half & half
6 eggs, beaten
Large bowl of bread cubes
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup dried fruit medley of your choice
1/2 cup raisins
1 cup chopped almonds

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a pyrex 8"x8" pan. Beat eggs. Add brown sugar, vanilla, half & half, milk & nutmeg to eggs. Slowly add melted butter, whipping until slightly thick & foamy.

To cubed bread, add, raisins, dried fruit medley & almonds. Pour egg mixture over bread cubes, tossing until bread is slightly soaked.

Pour into prepared pan, and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until the top is golden brown, or an inserted knife comes out clean.

Cool completely, cover & store in the refrigerator.
