Ingredients: 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon baking soda ¼ teaspoon salt 2 cups sugar ½ cup butter, softened 2 eggs 1 cup mashed ripe banana 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1 ½ cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips Instructions: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9"x13" pan. In medium bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In large mixing bowl, cream butter and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla, beating at medium speed. Add bananas and sour cream. Beat until well mixed. Add flour mixture and beat one more minute. By hand, stir in 1 cup chocolate chips. Pour into pan and sprinkle remaining chocolate chips over batter. Bake 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean. Serve warm or cool. |
