Ingredients: 250 grams hazelnuts, roasted and chopped 1 lemon 15 grams sugar 1 tablespoon flour 2 egg whites Vanilla essence Instructions: Beat egg whites until stiff with a pinch of salt, adding the sugar a little at a time as you work. At the end, mix in the hazelnuts, the grated lemon rind, a few drops of vanilla and the flour. Mix delicately. Drop the dough by spoonfuls on a buttered and floured baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C until brown. |
