Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
5-6 large mangoes, peeled and chopped
2 tablespoons whole wheat flour
Juice of one lemon
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup apple juice
1-1/3 cups rolled oats
1/3 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup melted butter

Instructions:
Mix mangoes, 2 tablespoons flour, lemon juice, cinnamon, and raisins, and place in a 9"x11" greased pan. Pour apple juice over mixture.

Mix remaining ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake 25 minutes at 375 degrees. Then broil 5 minutes to brown top.

Cut into bars while warm. Remove from pan when cool. Can be served with yogurt, ice cream or whipped cream.
