Ingredients: 2 cups flour
2 cups sugar
2 teaspoons baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
1 20 ounce can crushed pineapple
1 cup chopped walnuts
Cream Cheese Frosting:
1 8 ounce package of cream cheese
4 tablespoons butter or margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions: Mix together eggs and undrained pineapple. Mix in dry ingredients and stir in walnuts. Bake in a greased and floured 9"x13" pan, at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
Soften cream cheese and butter and mix together. Mix in remaining frosting ingredients. Frost cake while it is still warm. Enjoy!
