 Vanilla Pound Cake Recipe

Ingredients:
4 ounces butter
1 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/8 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl, beat butter, sugar and vanilla until fluffy. Add eggs and mix.

In another bowl, mix flour, baking powder and soda. Add alternately to butter mixture with sour cream. Pour batter into sprayed or buttered loaf pan. Cook for 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Done when toothpick comes out clean.

Notes:
Great for Chocolate Fondue dipping!
