Ingredients:
3 cups granulated sugar
3 1/2 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup cooking oil
2/3 cup water
2 cups cooked pumpkin (1 can, 15-16 ounces)
4 eggs

Instructions:
Mix well the flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. In a separate bowl, mix the oil, water, pumpkin and eggs.

Add liquid ingredients to dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 1/2 hours. Test with a toothpick. Do not overcook.

Cool completely, then sprinkle top with powered sugar.
