Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
1 quart eggnog
4 tablespoons spiced rum
12 large croissants
2 pints fresh strawberries
1/2 cup sugar
Butter

Instructions:
Cut croissants in half and set aside. Slice strawberries and put in a large bowl. Add sugar and mix lightly to coat. Combine eggnog and spiced rum in another bowl. Quickly dip croissants in eggnog/rum mixture until just coated. Saute in butter until brown on both sides. Top with lightly sugared sliced strawberries.
