Ingredients: Combine: 6 tbsp butter, melted 1/2 cup maple syrup 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla Add: 2 ripe, mashed medium bananas which have sat overnight Combine and add: 1 1/2 flour 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 cup walnut pieces Instructions: Fill the muffin tins 2/3rds full and bake for 20-25 minutes at 400 degrees until lightly brown. |
