Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
1/4 pound butter
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 egg
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 cup white raisins
1 cup pecans, chopped
1/2 cup coconut
2 cups Granny Smith apples, chopped

Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar. Combine beaten egg and vanilla and add to butter mixture. Sift dry ingredients and add. Then stir in raisins, nuts and coconut. Add apples last. Bake in an 8 1/2" square dish for 40 minutes at 350°F. Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

A great desert after a Holiday meal!! Children love it. Served in front of a flaming fire at Seymour Lake Lodge!
