Ingredients: 6 kiwis (peeled and diced) 1 small red onion (finely chopped) 1 small bunch of cilantro (finely chopped) 5 limes (squeezed) 1/2 tomato (finely chopped) 2 ounces Tequila Instructions: Combine all ingredients together in a bowl. Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Comments: The next time you are planning to prepare a Halibut, Mahi-Mahi, Salmon, Sea bass, Swordfish or even tuna, serve it with some of this salsa. Your guests are sure to be delighted. |
