Ingredients: 1 pound Vermont sharp cheddar cheese 1 clove garlic, mashed 1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard 1/4 bottle of beer Tabasco to taste Instructions: Cube the cheddar, then process until smooth. Add the garlic, Worcestershire, mustard, and Tabasco. Add the beer a little at a time, with the machine still running until it is a good spreading consistency. Serve with crackers. |
