I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

Ingredients:
1 cup sliced mushrooms
1 cup green onion, chopped
1 6-ounce can of shrimp
1/2 cup broccoli, chopped
4 ounces cheese, your choice
6 eggs
1 cup milk
1/4 cup butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon each salt and pepper

Instructions:
Saute onion in a little vegetable oil; add mushrooms and saute until tender. Steam or boil broccoli just until tender. Drain vegetables well.

In greased 9" pie plate, place cooked broccoli, onions, mushrooms and shrimp. Sprinkle with cheese. In blender, mix eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper. Pour over ingredients in pie plate. Bake at 400F for 20 minutes.

Notes:
We often substitute artifical crab for the shrimp; it makes the dish meatier. Make sure your vegtables are well drained, so you don't have extra moisture.
