Ingredients: ½ cup soy sauce ½ cup balsamic vinegar ½ cup maple syrup 1/8 cup honey 1/8 cup Dijon mustard 1 small clove garlic ½ teaspoon ginger Salt & pepper to taste ½ cup vegetable oil Instructions: In a blender, mix all ingredients together. Add oil slowly at the end with the blender running. Yield: Approx. 2 cups |
