Ingredients:
1 pound Back Fin Crab, diced
2 eggs
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 tablespoon Old Bay Seasoning
1 tablespoon dried mustard
½ cup Dried bread crumbs

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine all ingredients except bread crumbs in a large bowl and mix just until combined. Fold in the bread crumbs until thickened and a patty shape can be formed. The bread crumbs will absorb the moisture so be sure not to add too much as it will leave the mixture crumbly. Sear in a hot sauté pan on both sides and finish in a 350°F oven for about 5 minutes.
