Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
7 whole eggs
7 egg yolks
3 cups corn kernels
1 ½ cups heavy cream
1 ½ cups gruyere or Jarlsberg or Swiss cheese
1 ½ cups smoked ham, finely chopped
1 tsp. Paprika


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

In a bowl, using a fork, lightly beat the whole eggs and yolks until blended. Briskly stir in the corn and cream until well combined. Stir in the ham, cheese and paprika.

Grease a 3 or 4 quart baking dish. Pour in the mixture. Bake until puffy and lightly golden, approximately 25 to 35 minutes.
