Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Ingredients:
3/4 cup flour
3 eggs
3/4 cup mile
Pinch of nutmeg
2 Granny smith apples, peeled and slice thin
Pam, oil spray

Instructions:
Preheat over to 425°F. Combine flour, milk, eggs and nutmeg. Beat lightly and leave batter a little lumpy. Spray sides and bottom of two 8" cake pans generously with Pam. Pour batter equally into 2 prepared pans. Top with sliced apples and bake 15-18 minutes or until golden brown. Invert on serving plates, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with your favorite syrup.

Notes:
I always get a "Wow!" response when I serve these to guests for breakfast.
