 Blue Waters Honey Mustard Dressing Recipe

Yield: 1 cups 

Ingredients:
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbsp. honey
1 tsp. cider vinegar

Instructions:
Combine yogurt, honey, mustard & cider vinegar in a jar. Tighten lid & shake until blended. Chill 30 minutes before serving. Makes 1 cup
