Ingredients:
mix: 2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. sherry
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms
1/4 lb. butter
3/4 lb. romano cheese, grated
12 eggs, soft scrambled

1) grate cheese
2) saute mushrooms in the butter
3) soft scramble eggs
4) mix together soup and sherry


Instructions:
Put 3/4 of soup mixture in bottom of a 9 X 13 baking dish. Add 1/2 the grated cheese, add all the eggs, then the mushrooms. Cover with remaining soup and top with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
