Yield: 10 servings 

Ingredients:
1 cup whipping cream
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon rum
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
6 cups red Flame seedless grapes

Instructions:
Whip until stiff: 1C. whipping cream
Fold in: 2/3 C. brown sugar, 1 T. rum, 1/4 t. nutmeg Separate and wash: 6 C red Flame seedless grapes. Gently toss together and chill until ready to serve. Serves 8-12
