I just want you to know that I feel this is the greatest list of breakfast food recipes that I have ever come across. Believe me, I surf the web many hours a day and I am lucky to have found this web site. Keep up the good work.

 Prep Time: 20 min
Yield: 20 cupsInactive Prep Time: 30 min

Ingredients:
8 cups Dried Milk
1lb can Instant Nestle's Chocolate Quick
1lb box Powdered Sugar or equivalent of Splenda
1/2 cup Folgers Decaf Instant Coffee

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a very large bowl and then store in an airtight container for serving. Fill any size cup 1/3 full of hot cocoa mix then add boiling hot water. Guests often make cocoa mocha's by making half a cup of hot cocoa; 1/6 cup of mix and fill cup half full with hot water, then add your favorite coffee of any flavor. Garnish with whip cream and chocolate curls or a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes:
We have this homemade cocoa plus coffee, tea, cookies and baked goods available all day long. Our guests often linger in the dining room by the fireplace and enjoy conversation over a cup of cocoa. See our luxury guest suites @ www.prairiesidesuites.com
