Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 15 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
4 Tablespoon Butter(melted)
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Cup milk
4 eggs
4 drops almond extract


Instructions:
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Mix all ingredients will, (best with mixer). Heat two 7 inch cast iron skillets while mixing batter. Remove from oven and butter bottom and sides on pan. Pour about 1/4 cup of batter in the preheated pan and bake for 10-12 minutes, until the pancake is brown and very puffy. When you remove from oven it will sink in the center. Cook in 2 batches. You can use any combination of fruit in the center. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with hot maple syrup. You can also fill with scrambled eggs.
