Ingredients: 3 1/2 cups flour 2 teaspoon baking soda 1 teaspoon baking powder 1 teaspoon cloves 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 1/2 teaspoon salt 2 cups solid pack pumpkin, not pie filling 1 cup oil 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 cup chopped pecans or walnuts 1 cup golden raisins Instructions: In a bowl mix all the dry ingredients, except nuts and raisins. In another bowl mix all the wet ingredients. Add the liquid ingredients to the dry ingredients. Mix until smooth. Fold in walnuts and raisins. Fill greased or paper lined muffin tins 2/3 full. Bake 350°F for 20-25 minutes. Notes: After muffins cool add the following glaze: Orange Glaze: 1 1/2 ounces of soften cream cheese 1/4 stick soften butter 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1 cup confectioner's sugar Mix all the above until smooth.
