Yield: 2 dozenInactive Prep Time: 45 min

Ingredients:
½ cup tasty cheese, grated
50 grams butter, softened
1 cup flour
Pinch cayenne pepper
Pinch salt
20-25 medium size stuffed green olives


Instructions:
Mix cheese, butter, flour and pepper together in a food processor until smooth. Enclose each olive in approximately a teaspoon of pastry, pinching it around the olives to completely seal. Chill for at least 20 minutes. Bake on a flat oven sheet at 200º C for approximately 15 minutes until light golden brown. Cool on wire racks.
