Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 35 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 6 servingsInactive Prep Time: 20 min

Ingredients:
1 loaf of cinnamin raisin thick bread, cubed
1 frozen bar of low fat cream cheese
Fresh fruit, apples, cranberries, peaches, blueberry, plums, etc. Select one or two and slice.
1 cup of low fat milk
6 eggs


Instructions:
Prepare day before: Spray a loaf pan with Pam, oil spray. Layer cubed bread at the bottom, alternate layers of cubed cream cheese & sliced fruit.
Beat milk and eggs together and pour over loaf pan. Cover with foil and place in refrigerator overnight. Take out next morning and bake at 350°F, covered, for 30 minutes, then uncovered for 30 minutes.

Slice into 6 slices. On side of dish place fresh sliced strawberry, fresh whipped cream puff and stream chocolate syrup across the plate.

This is truly a wonderful Sunday Breakfast treat. Your guests will enjoy every mouthful!!!
