Cook Time: 5 minPrep Time: 5 min
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
2 cups of sliced fresh peaches
1 cup of low fat yogurt
1 cup of low fat milk
1 tablespoon of vanilla

Instructions:
Pour all into blender. Blend for 2 minutes and serve in tall champagne glass garnished with a fresh slice of peach and a sprig of fresh mint.



Notes:
What a refreshing way to start off your breakfast. Fruit can vary with the seasons. Enjoy!
