Ingredients: 2 cups sliced apples, assorted varieties 1 teaspoon cinnamon 1 teaspoon nutmeg 2 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup frozen cranberries Vanilla yogurt, low fat Instructions: Slice assorted apples and place in mixing bowl. Add cinnamon and nutmeg and mix. Melt butter in pan and saute apples and cranberries. Scoop into glass parfait glasses, top with low fat vanilla yogurt and an apple slice. Enjoy! Notes: This is great in the fall for breakfast - a wonderful first course before a whole wheat sauteed banana dish. |
