Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
1 cup softened butter
2 cups of sugar
8 eggs
2 cans of 20 ounce crushed pineapple
2 teaspoons of vanilla extract
18 slices of cubed white bread


Instructions:
Cream butter and sugar together in bowl. Beat in 1 egg at a time. Stir in drained pineapple. Add 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract. Fold in cubed bread. Put in 2 quart buttered or greased casserole and bake uncovered at 350°F for one hour.

Notes:
A perfect compliment for glazed spiral ham!
