Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 10 minPrep Time: 30 min
Yield: 3 dozen 

Ingredients:
1 Cup Butter
1 1/4 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
2 Eggs
2 Tbs. Milk
2 Tsp. Vanilla
1 3/4 Unbleached All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp. Salt
2 1/2 Cup Oatmeal
2 Cups Chocoate Chips (12 oz. package)
1 Cup Slivered Almonds
1 Cup Coconut


Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. Beat butter and sugar untill creamy. Add eggs, milk, and vanilla. Combine four, baking soda, and salt. Add dry ingredients to butter mixture. Stir in oats, chips, nuts, and coconuts.Bake for 8 minutes.
