Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 10 min
Yield: 1 servingsInactive Prep Time: 5 min

Ingredients:
4 slices chopped cooked bacon, you can substitute sausage or ham to your liking
2/3 cup Cheddar cheese
2 eggs
Dash hot sauce
Dash worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon half and half, half milk, half cream


Instructions:
Step 1:
Use prepared potato crust as described in Moore Farm House Frastratta Crust. Let thaw overnight and preheat for 5 minutes at 350°F.

Step 2:
In a mixing bowl, mix two eggs, bacon, hot sauce, half and half, Worcestershire sauce, and half the cheddar cheese. Pour into ramekin and top with remaining cheese. Bake for 20 minutes at 350°F or until set in center.

Presentation:
Garnish with assortment of flowering herbs on a white plate.
