Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
1/2 cup frozen raspberries or fresh strawberries
1 cup yoghurt, vanilla or strawberry
1/2 cup muesli, any variety without raisins
Whipped cream, to top off

Instructions:
Use pretty glass parfait or dessert cups.

In each cup put a spoonful of the muesli. Then 2 spoonfuls of the yoghurt, then top with whipped cream and place 5 or so raspberries or sliced strawberries on top of the whipped cream. Serve immediately before muesli softens.

So easy, so delightful!
