Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 20 minPrep Time: 20 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
4 ripe, firm bananas, peeled
3/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping:
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup quick cooking oatmeal
1/4 cup coconut, shredded
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon salt, optional
6 tablespoon cold butter

Instructions:
Slice bananas lengthwise and place, cut sides up in 4 greased ramekins. In a small bowl combine orange and vanilla extract drizzle over bananas. In large bowl combine dry ingredients; cut in butter until mixture resembles small peas. Spoon crumble mixture evenly over fruit. Bake 15 to 20 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream if desired.
