Cook Time: 15 minPrep Time: 20 min

Ingredients:
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup margarine, softened
3 ounce cream cheese, softened
2 teaspoons grated orange peel
1 teaspoon orange flavoring
1 egg
2 1/4 cup flour
3/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup seedless raspberry preserves

Glaze:
1/2 cup white vanilla chips
2 teaspoons oil

Instructions:
In large bowl combine sugar, margarine, and cream cheese. Mix well. Add orange flavoring, orange peel, and egg; blend well. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Shape dough into 1 inch balls; place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. With thumb or wooden spoon handle, dipped in flour, make indentation in center of each cookie. Spoon 1 1/3 teaspoon preserves into hole. Bake cookies for 11-13 minutes at 350°F. Cool 2 minutes on rack and then remove to wire rack to cool completely. In glass bowl microwave vanilla chips and oil until stirring chips makes them smooth, don't over cook or they will burn. Drizzle glaze over cookies and allow to cool. Makes 3 dozen cookies.
