Ingredients: 2 mashed bananas, put in cup and fill with water to make 1 cup full 1 cup white sugar 1 cup light Miracle Whip 2 cups flour 1 teaspoon soda 2 teaspoons baking powder Instructions: Mix all together, put in muffin tins and bake approximately 20 minutes at 350°F. Notes: Serve warm, or they stay nice and moist when frozen. |
