Ingredients:
2 packages Knox gelatin
1/4 cup cold water
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 cups sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions:
Mix gelatine and cold water together, and set aside. Heat whipping cream, sugar and salt together until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin mixture, stir well, and cool. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat until well blended. Pour into greased mold, and chill until set. When set, remove from mold and serve with fresh/frozen fruit.

Notes:
Wonderfully rich dessert, especially colorful treat when served with raspberries or strawberries. Nice at holiday time also.
