Ingredients: 1 pork tenderloin 2 tablespoons orange marmalade 1 teaspoon mustard Salt and pepper Instructions: Preheat oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with a cooking spray. Place tenderloin on baking sheet. Mix mustard and marmalade together and spread onto meat. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Bake 30-35 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing. Notes: Quick,easy and elegant. Guests will think you were all day in the kitchen. |
