Ingredients: 2 cups flour 2 tablespoons garlic powder 1 tablespoon salt 3 teaspoons Accent, optional 1 tablespoon celery salt 1/2 teaspoon thyme 1 tablespoon pepper bSec teaspoon ginger 2 tablespoons dry mustard 1/2 teaspoon oregano 2 tablespoons paprika 1/2 teaspoon basil Instructions: Mix all ingredients together. Dip chicken in a mixture of beaten eggs and milk. Roll in flour mixture, place on greased baking sheet. Bake at 450°F, for 1/2 hour, turn over and bake at 350°F for an additional 15-20 minutes, depending on the meat used. Notes: This recipe is great with chicken, pork chops, or fish. It is a large recipe so store any unused portion of the flour mixture in the freezer for next time. |
