Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 30 minPrep Time: 30 min
Yield: 5 servings 

Ingredients:
5 eggs, beaten
½ cup milk
3 cups frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
1/3 cup green onions, sliced thinly, approx. 4 stalks
¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce
1 ½ cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, crumbled


Instructions:
Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased 9” or 10” pie pan. Bake @ 350°F for 25 or 30 minutes. The top should be golden & a knife inserted in the center should come out clean.



Notes:
Can substitute sausage or ham.
