Ingredients: Shelled whole Brazil Nuts
Butter (not margarine or substitute)
Brown sugar
Cinnamon
Instructions: Melt 2 tablespoons of butter into frying pan. Add 1 cup of whole shelled Brazil nuts. Brown lightly for about 2-3 minutes over medium heat. Add brown sugar and a dash of cinnamon. Remove from heat and stir well.
Maximum prep. time: 5 minutes.
These can be placed in small nut cups, directly
on the plate for accent, or as a topping for French toast.
Notes: This is a quick, easy way to add some variety to
