Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
2 nectarines, pitted & cut into small cubes
3 kiwi, peeled & cut into small cubes
2 navel oranges, peeled & cut into small cubes
1 pint strawberries, hulled & quartered
1/2 pint blueberries
1/3 cup packed light brown sugar
3 tbsp. fresh lime juice
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

Instructions:
Combine all the fruit into a large bowl. Puree sugar, lime juice and mint in blender until smooth. Pour over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to use.
