 Prep Time: 20 min
Yield: 8 servings

Ingredients:
3 bags Early Grey tea
1 cup sugar
1/2 lemon
mint leaves (a few or a lot - you decide)
water

Instructions:
In a 2 quart pitcher pour 2 cups boiling water over the tea bags and mint leaves. Let steep for 15 minutes. Meanwhile pour 2 cups boiling water over 1 cup sugar and the juice from half a lemon.
After tea is steeped remove bags and leaves then add sugar/lemon mixture. Add cold water to make 2 quarts. Serve chilled.

Notes:
We serve this tea on warm summer afternoons with scratch made cakes and sweets. After our popovers, this is the most oft requested recipe.
