Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 8 hrPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 6 servings 

Ingredients:
1 lb. bacon or crumbed sausage
2 lbs frozen hash browns- do not thaw
1 10.5 oz. can cream mushroom soup
1 cup sour cream
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1 cup milk
1 tsp. minced garlic
½ cup chopped onion
1-1/2 cup to 2 cups of shredded cheese
12 eggs


Instructions:
Process:
Brown, drain, and crumble bacon or sausage. Combine soup, sour cream, cream cheese, shredded cheese, onion and garlic in a bowl and mix well. Whisk eggs in a separate bowl and combine with cheese mixture; adding hash browns until thoroughly coated. Spray crockpot with oil spray and add mixture. Top with shredded cheese, if desired. Cook on low for 8-10 hours or on high for 4-6 hours.
