Yield: 10 servings 

Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups of sugar
1/2 cup of regular olve oil
3 eggs
1 teaspoon of pure vanilla
1 1/2 cups of flour
1/2 cup of extra rich chocolate powder
1 1/4 cups of milk-1 per cent
pinch of salt


Instructions:
1-Mix sugar and olive oil together and add 3 eggs
2-Add half portion of milk and flour and all the chocolate
3- Mix the rest of the ingredients including the baking powder and salt
Grease pan with butter and flour

Notes:
