Yield: 12 servings 

Ingredients:
6 hard cooked eggs with shells removed
4 tablespoons Hellmans mayonaise
1 teaspoon lemon juice
2 strips bacon, fried crisp and crumpled
1/2 cup diced, canned shrimp, drained and rinsed
Black olives for garnish

Instructions:
Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Scoop out yolks and blend with mayonaise. Stir in lemon juice, bacon pieces and shrimp. Fill egg whites with mounds of mixture. Garnish with olive slices. Chill. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
