Ingredients: 2 Cups Olives (use a variety from black to stuffed green to kalamata) 1/2 Cup Roasted Red Pepper 2 Tbl. Fresh Basil 4 Cloves Garlic 1/2 Cup Olive Oil Fresh ground pepper and kosher salt to taste Instructions: Place all in food processor and pulse until finely chopped and blended. Serve with toasted sourdough croutons or pita triangles. Works well with focaccia bread too. Notes: Enjoy! |
