Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Cook Time: 45 minPrep Time: 15 min
Yield: 4 servings 

Ingredients:
3 Tbsp. butter
3 cups frozen hash browns (thawed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup crumbled bacon, diced ham, or sausage (cooked)
3/4 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chopped onion
3 eggs
parmesan cheese



Instructions:
In a 9 inch pie pan stir melted butter and hash browns. Press into crust shape and bake at 425 for 15 minutes. Layer cheddar cheese, meat and onion. Beat eggs and sour cream together and pour over the ingredients. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes then cut into wedges. This can be made and served in individual oven proof serving dishes.
