Cinnamon Mornings and Chocolate Dreams

Yield: 8 servings 

Ingredients:
Makes 4 double servings

1/3 cup Orange juice
2 Tbsp.zest of orange rind
1 cup plain yogurt
1 egg
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 cup flour
1 tsp. baking soda
½ tsp baking powder
¼ tsp. salt

Instructions:
Beat egg and add to orange juice, yogurt, melted butter.
Stir in dry ingredients. Mix in orange rind.Carefully drop large tablespoonful on hot buttered griddle. Flip when bubbly and browned on bottom. They are done when browned on both sides.
Serve with maple syrup or sliced strawberries sprinkled with Confectioners sugar.
Or Serve with Strawberry syrup: place strawberries, triple sec, pinch of sugar in a food processor.
